About the role
Reckitt is seeking a bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join our team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders, including the Finance Director and the pioneering minds of our Finance division. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our global vision and immerse yourself in the financial mechanics of a leading-edge business.
To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement.

Start date: 11th January 2027
End date: 10th July 2027
Your responsibilities
- Support analysis of standard vs actual costs, ensuring accuracy and identifying key drivers of variances.
- Support product costing activities, including calculation and validation of standard cost
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Support initiatives to optimize working capital (NWC) and improve inventory efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and performance reports.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (Excel / Power Query).
- Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations for inventory and related accounts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.
- Assist in improving data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc financial and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to proactively support descion-making.
The experience we're looking for

- Currently pursuing a masters degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements (i.e. P&L and balance sheet).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Mid to Advance Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup, etc: Power BI/Query is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ownership attitude - able to manage task independently
