Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Launch your career in sales with a dynamic role at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As a trainee in our sales organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Managers by preparing reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking promotional activities and evaluating their effectiveness using tools like Nielsen.
  • Help with pricing updates, order tracking, and ensuring promotional materials are aligned with plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Supply to gather insights and support account execution.
  • Gradually take on more responsibility as you become familiar with tools and processes, gaining exposure to real-time commercial strategies.

The experience we're looking for

  • Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, and eager to forge a path in sales.
  • Fluency in English. French or Dutch will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, written and oral skills, as well as creativity.  
  • Flexible thinker being able to operate in a changing environment and cope with complexity.
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
  • Tenacious and resilient.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
