Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

As Customer Marketing Analyst you will report to the Head of Customer Marketing and will be responsible for providing support in the preparation and analysis of data that underpins the achievement of performance indicators. You will be working with all categories and products in the Reckitt Core portfolio in Romania.

Your responsibilities

Provide conclusive reports and recommendations tailored to the differentiated needs of Key Account Management, Customer Marketing and Brand Marketing teams
In-depth analysis of performance indicators to stimulate brand development, identify performance gaps and provide alternative solutions on the 3D/4P - Distribution, Display, Detailing / Product, Price, Placement, Promotions)
Make recommendations for continuous improvement of the Customer Marketing team's performance indicators
Make market visits to evaluate performance at the point of sale and to make recommendations
Assist the Customer Marketing team regarding specific analysis requests related to specific situations and business moments
Manage and creates POs and GRs in internal systems for promotional expenses, POSM material production costs for Reckitt brands, as well as for multi-brand projects
Initiate and coordinates the process of creating or modifying contracts with suppliers/collaborators of the Customer Marketing department
Coordinate the process of obtaining product samples necessary for the promotion of Reckitt brands
Provides support within the operational processes and work platforms

The experience we're looking for

University degree ideally in Economics or a related subject
At least 1 year experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing / Sales Analyst position ideally in the FMCG industry
Fluent Romanian, fluent English
Advanced Excel skills, professionalism in creating specific reports and efficiency in providing information
Good attention to details and analytical skills
Willingness to learn, adaptability to changes
Results-oriented attitude, proactivity
