About the role
As E-Activation Specialist (Graphic Designer) you will be owning the creation, adaptation and improvements to the visual content that the eCommerce team publishes on partner and digital platforms, as well as developing best in class visuals for digital media campaigns. In this position, you will be based in Bucharest.
Your responsibilities
- B+/ A+ Rich content development for Reckitt Core brands | NPD Product Launch / SEO | EPD / Base Product Page content / SEO
- Proactively optimize content test & iterate
- Create a standardized corporate identity to e-contents
- Bi-weekly / monthly content checking for the key accounts
- Monitoring foreign sites continuously and bringing inputs
- Keep in touch with customers’ documentation teams and building good relationships with them
- Looking for new solutions for content implementation within the customers
- Uploading Content and review calendar on monthly level
- Ensuring technical support at content implementation (HTML coding)
- Tracking eStore KPIs for content improvement / contract / cost / management
- Create banners for digital media campaigns and track visuals performance
- Manage flow for approvals with stakeholders (Veeva Vault or other apps)
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Graphic Designer)
• Advanced Graphic Apps skills (e.g.: Figma)
• Intermediate skills on HTML, Automation
• Good understanding of branding and its application in digital assets
• Fluent English and Romanian
• Efficient in working independently
• Ability to work with others with a self-starter and experimental attitude
