About the role

This position is a maternity cover, offered on a fixed-term contract of 2 years.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of our local HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to the business while collaborating within a broader regional HR community. While the role is anchored locally, it is supported by our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including Reward, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with regional HR colleagues, learning from their experience while also sharing your own insights and contributing to collective success. We foster a collaborative environment where we support each other, work as one team, and continuously learn and grow together.

Your responsibilities

  • Execute people plans aligned with business strategy
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design and costing
  • Execute change management and transformation projects
  • Drive talent reviews and succession planning
  • Help build diverse talent pipelines and future capabilities
  • Support and drive employee engagement
  • Coach managers on performance and leadership effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations and labor law compliance
  • Use people analytics to inform business decisions

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/ Supply chain and previous background in matrix organizations are preferred
  • Strong bias for action, excellent project management skills, change management
  • Strategic mindset and capability to translate insights into value adding actions for the business
  • Stakeholder influence and coaching capabilities
  • Solid knowledge of Romanian employment legislation
