About the role
As HR Operations Analyst you will support and extend the HR SSC operation across the Romanian & Bulgarian markets, handling large volume and complex activities that require on site presence. In this role you will be based in Bucharest and will report to the HR Operations Lead. To our new colleague in this position we provide a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct preboarding and communication with the new joiners before day 1
- Introduction for new joiners (e.g.: HR policies, internal ticketing tool, payroll functionality and benefits)
- Medical check, employment contract creation/modification coordination
- Collecting separation documents from employees
- Route active employees via People Hub (internal HR ticketing tool) or Live chat to resolve queries related to HR
- Local communication
- Share plan implementation & management
- Manage the signatures and hard copy documentation
- Absence management input to Payroll
- Other payroll input provides to Payroll & benefits team
- Cooperation with the Payroll & benefits team for benefit enrollment
- PO management, contract approval and vendor creation for HR department
- Managing life insurance declaration and private healthcare documentation, point of contact for invoices or employee questions
- Support if needed in employee engagement activities, managing D&I agenda
- Local immigration support if the case (Visa, Work permit)
- Audits for sites
- Data management in our internal HR systems
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of HR / Office Admin experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Highly analytical and numerate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat in a dynamic environment
- Knowledgeable about data privacy and committed to maintaining system integrity
