About the role
As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including data checks, updates, preparing documentation, and internal communications.
- Supporting engagement activities and involved in preparing the weekly internal newsletter.
- Periodically conducts data reviews and ensure alignment and correctness between key HR systems.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems, submit correction requests, and follow up on their resolution.
- Deliver HR induction to new joiners and manage associated administrative processes (employment certificates, support in benefits administration, raising purchase orders).
- Maintain and update the personnel file archive, ensuring compliance and proper document management.
- Support budgeting processes by gathering and sharing information required for regional recharges and maintaining communication with Finance teams.
- Contribute to other local HR initiatives.

- To thrive in this role, you should bring excellent communication skills, solid command of English, and confidence in working with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. You enjoy working with data, coordinating processes, and contributing to meaningful HR initiatives that support both people and business transformation.
