Your responsibilities
- The Head of Consumer Engagement SEE together with the globally designated media agency must create the local media strategies for Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia& Herzegovina, Slovenia based on the Global Success Model, in line with the local business needs.
- Based on local researches (MMX, Brand Communication tracking), determine media impact and facilitate actions to maximize investment and develops the media plans for all brands and countries in scope in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Responsible for achieving the strategic media objectives - defined by brand and by market for TV, digital and other media touch-points in line with media strategy.
- Preparing the media budget for full fiscal year, monthly tracking and accurate reporting and ensuring that the objectives set are achieved.
- Analyzes consumers profiles, trends, market analysis, demographics, researches, competitors media data, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Coordinates brand media activities to exceed annual brand goals.
- Actively participates in global media teams formus, apply global learnigns into local media plans and contribute to test& learn agenda.
- Supports the internal and external business reviews to ensure successful and sustainable business development.
- Builds strategic relationships and collaborates with key media industry players and agencies.
- Works with the Purchasing departments to negotiate the media costs across countries in scope and conduct directly TV negotiations for markets.
- Work with makreting teams to develop plans for the successful brand group to meet the NR, GM, MS, PC, BEI objectives by meeting deadlines and on budget and ensuring that his team executes them according to plan.
- Develops the team members and acts as a role model within the team.
The experience we're looking for
- Min. 5 years of media experience in relevant media roles (Media Lead in similar FMCG/pharma market company or top media agency)
- Multi market experience in relevant European area (EE, SEE) is a MUST
- Education at a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in the field of business - degree obtained from a recognized university
- Leadership and interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships and influence internal teams
- Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
