We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager Pharma to join our team in Budapest. In this role you will report to the Senior Key Account Manager and will be responsible for building long term relationship with existing and new customers in Hungary.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer: Market Shares, NR, Gross Margin, etc.
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy customer trading terms
  • Development and implementation of sales strategy in alignment with Reckitt’s objectives
  • Responsibility for 4P strategy implementation, with special focus on recommended assortment, promotions, planogram and KPI's such as distribution, shelf share, etc.
  • Continuous focus on identifying opportunities, profitability and improvement of categories
  • Manage trade spending: contract trade terms and promotional investments
  • Analysing key data: turnover, listing, promotional plans, etc.
  • Preparation of sales forecast, drive forecast accuracy
  • Close cooperation with Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Supply and Finance teams
  • Handling administrative tasks

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business-related subject
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales in an FMCG/Pharma company, ideally in a role that also involved partner management/partner related tasks
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Competent with PC tools (e.g. MS Office), with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues, opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation and analytical competencies
  • Results oriented, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
