Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Step into the role of Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health and hygiene products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer: Market Shares, NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
  • Responsibility for 4p's strategy implementation
  • Manage completely trade spending: contract trade terms and promotional investments
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt’s commercial strategy customer trading terms
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer; drive and support customer shopper marketing colleagues
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities, profitability and improvement of categories
  • Preparation of Sales forecast (short term) and drive forecast accuracy
  • Analyzing key data: market shares turnover, listing, promotional plans, placement targets, ROI on Trade Investment
  • Administrative responsibility: Handling invoice complaints, Price communication/negotiation, Sending POS materials, samples
  • Prepare customer specific activity proposal and accurate internal feedback of the promotional plan/calendar in the requested lead time

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject
  • 2-3 years of FMCG experience in Key Account Management, experience with drogeries is an advantage
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Able to work in uncertain conditions, in a fast moving environment
  • Able to close annual contract trade terms
