Marketing trainee (EH)
About the role
Reckitt is looking for a Marketing Trainee who is not only organized and proactive but also has an eye for detail. This role is your chance to support a dynamic regional team and grow your commercial skills in a company that's changing lives globally. In this role you will report to our Head of Marketing & Trade Marketing, based in Budapest and will be working with our Essential Home portfolio with brands like Air Wick, Calgon and Cillit Bang.
Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting the Brand and Trade Marketing Managers and Key Account Managers in the new product innovations and product changeovers on the market from operative point of view.
- Coordinate communication between sales and marketing and ensure all information is shared precisely, in time.
- Fill the new product descriptions for the E-shop content library based on the product packaging text.
- Support the commercial team in creating trade leaflet image pages and other POS (point of sale) materials in Hungary as well as providing operational administration of new product listings.
- Analyzing business performance, updating marketing and sales reports, tracking results and supporting decision making
The experience we're looking for
- Active student status for min. 1 year still ahead
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Can manage complexity and multiple projects at the same time
- Analyzing skills, advanced Excel knowledge
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
- Resilient and able to respond under pressure in an FMCG environment
- You speak English and Hungarian fluent
