About the role

As Financial Master Data Specialist you will coordinate the master data management of the company from financial point of view in the assigned countries. You will ensure the optimum performance of the Finance Master Data Team by serving the needs of management, finance, marketing, sales departments and other commercial departments. You will be based in Budapest and report to the Master Data Manager EE.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient management of Master Data processes
  • Open Vendors and Customers and maintain them in SAP and JDE systems related to all countries of the assigned region
  • Regular Master Data checking and comparison
  • Ensure precise Master data in Reckitt systems
  • Maintain the standard cost, purchase and selling prices in SAP
  • Manage the status of material, vendors and customers, and propose list for inactivation for the business
  • Support the finance team in year closing and opening (TP, Standard cost)
  • Control the approval process flow set up
  • Cooperation with the Shared Service Team, provide input for Global Team
  • Support all Master Data related project
  • Master Data Super User role: act as first level support for the material code creation team
  • Act as Data Steward

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in data management or finance ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, financial and analytical skills
  • High level of precision
  • Efficient problem-solving skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and drive
