About the role
As a HR Payroll & Benefits Analyst_fixed-term, you will be managing payroll & administration of industrial relations between Reckitt and employees in compliance with the regulations of current and relevant legislation and internal company processes, thereby ensuring efficient operations.
For this role we are offering a fixed-term contract.
Your responsibilities
- Support for tasks related to payroll and benefits for the Tatabánya factory, in addition to support for the commercial office in Budapest.
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data in the company’s corporate HR management systems and in the external payroll service provider’s systems (MyBR, Nexon).
- Ensuring that the payroll service provider correctly and accurately administers the work-related data of employees in the relevant area, in accordance with applicable Hungarian legislation, local Reckitt policies, and internal process requirements (such as working hours, allowances, wage deductions, benefits, sick leave). Ensuring that employee bank and personal data are recorded in line with legislation. Preparing and posting payroll inputs. Supporting HR databases while following internal rules and regulations.
- Collecting documents related to employment and processing them in the HR system or forwarding them to the payroll service provider (employment contracts, modifications, certificates, tax returns, etc.). Storing these documents as required by law and internal rules.
- Recording payroll data (e.g., absences, income data, allowances, severance payments), preparing payroll inputs. Support with monthly payroll entries (e.g., garnishments).
- Meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when working via the ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Providing data to the external payroll service provider. Ensure personal and labor data are current and accurate.
- Coordinate full monthly closing for the respective area to ensure payments meet deadlines.
- Prepare/submit closing inputs
- Ensuring the payroll closing workflow is followed and completed properly.
- Ensure HR policies and company regulations are followed
The experience we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in Payroll, Benefits, or HR Administration in a dynamic environment; at least 3 years’ experience in factory payroll is an advantage
- Bachelor’s/ Master degree
- Willingness to learn other countries payroll from SEE region: Romania, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria
- Proficient level of English and MS Office; another international language knwlegedge is an advantage
- Accuracy and precision, detailed-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
