About the role

Reckitt is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Associate_fixed-term contract, a role that sits at the core of our innovation process, ensuring that our new product developments meet global regulatory requirements with precision. You will act as a catalyst for change, using your detailed knowledge to create comprehensive dossiers crucial for product registrations. At Reckitt, every individual's contribution is key, and your role will be pivotal in navigating the intricate regulatory landscape to deliver products that enrich lives every day.

Your responsibilities

•Ensure that all variations with impact on SmPC, PIL & labeling are submitted, approved and implemented on time and the updated texts are reported to XEVMPD; Manage and supervise the process of developing artworks for healthcare products for Hungary;
•Ensure that promotional materials have the most up to date and SmPC complaint claims;
•Responsible for monitoring, managing and interpreting local trends in the OTC advertising legislation, so that Reckitt is aware of these and can manage business accordingly;
•Interprets and applies all relevant legislation in Hungary and keeps Reckitt local operating company up to date on national legislation trends, risks and opportunities for the business. Provides advice to the SEE Regulatory Head on outlook as necessary. Monitor, collect and interpret regulatory issues and trends that will impact Reckitt products, policies and procedures, share this information with appropriate local and global functions and assist in the development of strategies and plans of action to address them;
•Interface with relevant government agencies and industry associations to assess the impact and implementation of required company compliance with all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labelling and production of our products;
•Ensure compliance with local Pharmacovigilance (including nutraceuticals), Medical Device Vigilance and Cosmetovigilance (Vigilance) guidelines and the requirements of the Reckitt global vigilance system;
•Notify QPPV whenever a Pharmacovigilance Inspection is announced in the NBU and work with the GVG to ensure compliance.

The experience we're looking for

•University Science degree in a relevant Scientific discipline: Medicine, Pharmacy or related;
•Experienced in the OTC market and within an FMCG environment, or within a pharmaceutical environment, with experience in a Medical, Regulatory and / or Safety functions;
•Knowledge of regulatory and healthcare registration systems;
•Experience or understanding of Drug Safety at both a local level and the Reckitt Global Vigilance System;
•Experience in handling issues resolution;
•Ability to handle competing priorities effectively;
•Sound performer in interacting with regulatory authorities;
•Proven track record in active collaboration with R&D and non-R&D functions as well as third parties;
•Experience in defining and implementing projects.
