About the role

As Senior Brand & Trade Marketing Manager HU & ADR you’ll drive the growth of your categories through excellent marketing execution. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the full marketing mix and will play a key role in developing the overall category strategy. You will report to our Head of Marketing & Trade Marketing and will be working with our Essential Home portfolio with brands like AirWick, Calgon and Cillit.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently lead 4P strategy development and execution across key customers.
  • Own Brand Plan delivery for revenue, profit and market share targets, in coordination with Supply, Sales and Finance and other support functions.
  • Provide performance and financial updates in company forums; propose strategic adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Partner with Sales to define pricing, promo, and distribution strategy aligned with shopper needs.
  • Drive and guide NPD/EPD/BDI launches with E2E responsibility and ensure successful go-to-market execution using full 4P planning.
  • Represent the brand and category in internal and external engagements, sharing market trends and brand direction.
  • Drive portfolio optimization, balancing financial and operational KPIs with market relevance.
  • Ensure adaptation of global market copy and media strategy across region where needed.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and commercial planning.
  • Partner with media, consumer and market insights managers to build and execute strong brand media plans.
  • Plan and track budget, responsible for own PO creation.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Marketing field.
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG or OTC brand marketing; trade marketing experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
  • Sufficient knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proven track record of driving results and managing complexity.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with deep understanding of financial and commercial levers.
  • Positive, proactive and hands-on attitude with problem-solving mindset.
  • Action-oriented and motivated by outperformance, able to react quickly.
