About the role
The Sales Finance team provides analytical support and financial visibility to enable effective commercial decision-making and performance management.
Support Sales Finance Managers through reporting, analysis, forecasting support, and coordination with centralized finance teams. Deliver accurate and timely insights to support business performance.
Your responsibilities
Provide standard reports and insights to sales teams. Support Sales Finance Manager with analysis and data preparation. Act as point of coordination with centralized teams. Respond to operational queries from stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain input templates and reporting packs. Consolidate and validate data from sales and central teams. Track performance versus forecast and highlight deviations. Ensure system data integrity.
Monitor trade spend usage based on reports from centralized teams. Validate accruals and reconciliations. Support preparation of performance reports and ensure data accuracy.
Support budgeting and planning processes. Assist in tracking financial KPIs and cost lines. Ensure data quality and consistency across reports. Contribute to process improvements and automation.
Execute and monitor control checks including reconciliations and approvals. Coordinate with centralized teams to resolve control issues. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of finance or controlling experience. Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong reporting and data handling capabilities. Experience with finance systems is a plus.
The role is based in Hungary, Hungarian language is mandatory, as well as English advanced level.
