The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels.

Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.

About the role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the exciting world of e-commerce? Join us as eCommerce Media Specialist and help us define the traffic acquisition strategy driving sales in our e-tailers! The eCommerce Media Specialist will maximize our revenue through digital product optimization, lower funnel media, advertising campaigns, search engine ads, emails, social media, SEO, and other digital media channels. In this role you will be based in Budapest, will report to the Head of eCommerce HU&ADR and work with brands like Finish, AirWick, Vanish and Lovela. 

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating media campaigns, performance marketing for eCommerce Department
  • Creating market research and analysis for eCommerce (e.g.: media opportunities and new solutions)
  • Creating competitors’ campaigns analysis and media recommendations for all eCommerce channels: Marketplace, Pure Players, Bricks&Clicks
  • Closely cooperating with Sales (driving online sales with high ROAS) & Marketing (finding synergies) Teams
  • Provide Key Account Managers with media/retail digital media recommendations to achieve their sales target for particular client/online platform
  • Keep stakeholders up to date with essential knowledge of media, tools and further possibilities
  • Setting performance KPI for each media channel, as well as tracking media performance and creating reports
  • Optimizing media campaigns
  • Creating media workshops for local teams
  • Coordinating basic content & graphic project and creating basic SEO recommendations
  • Select and work with media suppliers and vendors
  • Coordinating work of content & graphic designer (internal), search specialist (external) or agencies to be in line with media goals

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in performance marketing for eCommerce (experience in campaigns for FMCG, Food, Cosmetics or ePharma will be an advantage) or experience at Pure Play/Omnichannel retailer or digital agency/media house in the field of digital marketing
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • Basic knowledge of SEM & SEO, Content Marketing, performance marketing tools and KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Datastudio
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
