Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
This position is responsible for driving the ecommerce channel, Initiates partnership with ecommerce platforms to grow IMS, NR & shares in Reckitt categories. Ready to have a tangible impact on our global marketplace? Join us and see your vision shape the future of our sales excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct Joint Business Planning with key platforms.
- Monthly forecasting and phasing are accurate to ensure sales targets are being met.
- Responsible of ecommerce P/L.
- Ensure listing, availability & visibility of all Reckitt SKUs on all platforms.
- Manage assigned budgets with all ecommerce accounts.
- Acquire new accounts and ensure strong presence of all Reckitt brands.
- Implementing marketing activations & promotions with all ecommerce accounts with the alignment of brand teams.
- Works with internal stake holders and cross functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to drive flawless business execution.
- Ensure better conversion rates on all platforms for Reckitt brands.
The experience we're looking for

2–4 years of experience in eCommerce sales, marketplace management, or key account management, with a track record of driving online sales growth and account performance.

Hands-on experience managing eCommerce customers and utilizing sales, promotional, and performance data to optimize revenue, assortment, and customer engagement

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and category teams to execute eCommerce business plans.
