About the role

Immerse yourself in the financial heartbeat of Reckitt as our Finance Controller Deputy . Managing company’s control/ compliance environment, supporting in the key elements of financial control, business partnering with internal/ external stakeholders & reporting, Initiate and drive improvements to controls, effective Working Capital and profitability for North Africa region business

 

 

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Oversee Treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk management, to maximise our financial potential.
- Liaise with global entities, optimising cashflows and ensuring the fulfilment of financial obligations.
- Direct dealings in foreign exchange, money markets, and derivatives with keen financial acumen.
- Innovatively manage commodity hedging and mitigate risks, contributing to sustained commercial health.
- Lead treasury reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable business insights.
- Influence cross-functional decisions by providing authoritative financial advice.

The experience we're looking for

  • Managing monthly closure along with Supervise Shared Accounting Service team to ensure proper booking.
  • Balance sheet management including the required reviews 
  • Strong attention to detail with an expansive global mindset.
  • Treasury Management via monitoring and interpreting cash flows / FX exposures and predicting future trends.
  • Robust commercial thinking, able to influence decisions with meaningful data and insights.
  • Lead for effective Working Capital Management including actual / forecast / plan, highlighting risks, opportunities & actions to structurally change.
  • CFC Management including Actual, Forecast & Plan Reporting. Identify risks, opportunities & actions to bridge any gaps.
  •  Key interface with Internal & External Auditors. Manage year end consolidation& statutory financial statements of North Africa Entities.
  •  Handling taxation issues with the consultant and support for any pending matters & tax inspection (Corporate tax, WH tax, VAT, stamp tax and salary tax etc.) 

The skills for success

  •    Master degree of International MBA
  •    Bachelor degree of accounting-faculty of commerce-Akbar El Youm Academy 2007
