Sobre el rol

  • El Supervisor de Mantenimiento es responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y operación segura de la planta, liderando la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento.
  • Es un rol clave para asegurar la correcta coordinación entre Mantenimiento, Producción, Ingeniería y otras áreas operativas.
  • La posición tiene un impacto directo en la implementación y consolidación del Reckitt Production System (RPS) y en la mejora continua de la operación.
  • Es un rol 100% presencial en planta, con fuerte enfoque en campo, liderazgo de equipos y ejecución operativa.

Ubicación del rol: Cali, valle de cauca. 

Tus responsabilidades

  • Planear, coordinar y supervisar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo y autónomo.
  • Liderar y gestionar un equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento (mecánicos y electromecánicos), incluyendo personal sindicalizado.
  • Asegurar altos niveles de disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos, gestionando KPIs de mantenimiento como MTTR, MTBF, OE y disponibilidad de planta.
  • Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento con Producción para minimizar paros y optimizar ventanas operativas.
  • Actuar como usuario avanzado de SAP PM, asegurando la correcta ejecución, cierre y auditoría de órdenes de trabajo y BOMs.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente (EHS) y Calidad, promoviendo una fuerte cultura de seguridad.
  • Controlar y optimizar el presupuesto de mantenimiento y el uso eficiente de recursos.
  • Participar activamente en los modelos de gestión diaria (MOS) y en iniciativas de mejora continua (TPM / RPS).

La experiencia que estamos buscando

  • Años de experiencia supervisando mantenimiento en entornos industriales complejos y de múltiples líneas.
  • Experiencia previa en industrias de consumo masivo, farmacéutica, química o alimentos.
  • Historial comprobado liderando equipos operativos, incluyendo personal sindicalizado.
  • Experiencia práctica en equipos industriales, automatización y sistemas de mantenimiento.
  • Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afín.
  • Certificaciones requeridas (CONTEC)

Las habilidades para el éxito

  • Fuerte liderazgo y gestión de personas en entornos operativos.
  • Enfoque analítico con experiencia en gestión de indicadores de mantenimiento y desempeño operativo.
  • Capacidad para manejar fallas de máquinas no planeadas y tomar decisiones bajo presión.
  • Perfil proactivo, hands‑on y orientado al negocio.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y coordinación con distintas áreas de la planta.
  • Conocimiento de SAP PM, metodologías de mejora continua (TPM, Lean) y análisis de causa raíz.
