We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Development Executive to manage our Regional Distributor Key Accounts (RDKA Partners) in Visayas On this role with Reckitt, you will join our Hypermarket and Supermarkets Team, wherein your enthusiasm will help our health, hygiene, and nutrition products find their spotlight on shelves and in shoppers' hands. In this role, your ability to build strong customer relationships and keen understanding of market needs will drive the Reckitt portfolio's visibility and sales. Your responsibilities

The Customer Development Executive's overall objective is to develop the account and implement the strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt Benckiser’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Trade Spend Management, Trading Terms Agreement (TTA) with Customers, Annual Customer Plan and 4Ps), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis (Customer Business Development Model).The Customer Development Executive is the point of contact for customers, ensure budgets are updated and tracked and report on sales performance. Suggest way to improve sales while maintaining a good relationship with the customer.

The experience we're looking for

Educational Attainment 
• Graduate of any 4-year course
Professional Background 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar function, in a comparable company – preferably with complementary experience in Sales Operations and Marketing.
• Successful account management experience, preferably gained in FMCG environment
• History of identifying incremental revenue stream opportunities
• Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum
• Demonstrate basic financial and commercial acumen
• Sound qualifications in a business or related discipline
