About the role

As HR Director for a substantial region, you will become the linchpin for Reckitt's people-centric vision. In this influential role, you will merge ingenuity with strategy to nurture our culture, embracing diverse perspectives to enhance our team dynamics. Your leadership will set the standard for people development, fostering a culture that aligns with our global objectives. Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Guide the implementation of Reckitt's global HR strategy, customising it to regional nuances.
- Drive talent planning and manage development initiatives across the region to build a robust pipeline for key roles.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Service Centres to craft superior employee experiences.
- Lead, develop, and inspire your HR team to excel in their roles and contribute to our collaborative culture.
- Advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing, inspiring change across the organisation.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, setting the standard for compliance and ethical conduct.

The experience we're looking for

- Significant HR experience in a dynamic setting, skilled in HR strategy and nurturing talent.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a knack for transparent, motivating dialogue.
- Established track record of forging strong relationships and influencing decision-making processes.
- Experienced in navigating various HR functions and tailoring them to diverse business areas.
- A strategic thinker, familiar with organising corporate structures and planning for future talent needs.
