About the role

This position will be responsible for support all laboratory activities such as ISO17025 Accreditation, data integrity, Lean, data management etc. Performing routine and more complex phases of work control and supervisor subordinates for achieving company goal and policies.

Your responsibilities

Quality :

  • Be aware, accountable and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) rules & regulations.
  • Enforce quality mind & awareness for working in area by following documented procedures & follow good documentation practice.
  • Be compliance to requirements of ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
  • Always think “Quality is my responsibility”.

Safety, Health & Environment :

  • Be aware, accountable for safety, health and environment in workplace all time to ensure free-accident and good environment area of working. 
  • Follow which support the safety, health and environment regulations, company policies by working safely, reporting unsafe condition / unsafe action / near miss accident to supervisor as well as suggest for any improvement.
  • Be compliance to requirements of ISO14001, ISO45001, other relevant EHS regulatory and company EHS requirements as required based on role & function responsibility.
  • Always think "Safety, Health and Environmental is my responsibility". 

General :

  • Provides for the testing of finish products to follow the standard operating procedure
  • To training any new standard updated to staff properly.
  • Maintains records to show that only material of the required standard is produced.
  • Summarise and report agreed quality statistics on a day to day basis and carry out audit checks as may be required.
  • Summary weekly, monthly report.
  • Recommends release of finished product only when required standards are met.
  • Reports deviations in operating conditions.
  • Training about procedure and technique to all lab staff and motivate them
  • Summary and follow up of NC reports. Stability reports.
  • Inform the Laboratory Manager or Quality Manager immediately for and critical deviation found during the inspection
  • Observes good safety, housekeeping and correct use of equipment always. Complies with Company rules on discipline and hygiene
  • Have an authorization to review and sign approve to release product, quarantine product after test report done, including with statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations on test report and release product (Thai FDA authorized person)
  • Control non - conforming material or product in the process.
  • Control and updates document on hard distribute applicable documents to concerned areas and controls compliance with requirement.
  • Manage laboratory to comply with ISO17025 accreditation including re-certificate, prepare audit Thai FDA, prepare documents.
  • Conduct data integrity in laboratory.
  • Lean laboratory project
  • Conduct validation new test method and new equipment.
  • Improve laboratory as good as possible.
  • Laboratory must keep customer’s information confidential, and all staffs have not to be stakeholder of testing results to ensure testing result
  • Laboratory shall be responsible for impartiality of its laboratory activities
  • Other duties as assigned.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Laboratory management.
  • Good communication in English and writing in English
