Your responsibilities

- Lead an active facility, focusing on safety and efficiency while guiding your team towards excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with short and long-term business goals, propelling the plant forward.
- Champion cost reduction initiatives, manage new product introductions and facility upgrades.
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement to advance quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with global partners, enhancing plant optimisation and contributing to worldwide operations.
