About the role
Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and building a high-performance manufacturing culture? We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead the deployment of the Reckitt Production System (RPS) and drive sustainable improvements across our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will partner closely with operations teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles. You will play a key role in developing capabilities, leading improvement projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and sustainability of the Reckitt Production System (RPS).
- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on performance improvement and waste reduction.
- Facilitate root cause problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Improve OEE, productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
- Establish effective performance management routines and visual management systems.
- Coach and develop teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver site priorities and business objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
The skills for success
- Proven track record of leading successful improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG or high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
