About the role
As a Process Technologist at Reckitt, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing manufacturing processes. You’ll help ensure high quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness across production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning new ideas into real production processes and contributing to global manufacturing improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Support site validation activities such as EPD, rollouts, engineering projects, raw material BCP, and new machines for the Bangpakong factory.
- Plan, organize, and lead industrial, lab, and pilot trials for technology transfer and process development.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance cost, quality, and customer service.
- Assist Procurement and R&D with evaluating major raw materials, including conducting trials and validations.
- Apply the Technology Transfer Process to ensure robust, efficient processes are transferred into production.
- Implement validation systems and process improvements in areas such as cost, quality, and service.
- Provide technical support to global pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and work with regional supply teams.
- Review manufacturing processes regularly to determine the most cost‑effective supply strategy.
- Ensure the Technical Department’s strategic goals are met.
- Manage projects within budget and timeline to support supply and technical strategies.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with manufacturing technology.
- Knowledge of US FDA and global GMP standards is an advantage.
- Experience in trials, process development, and validation is preferred.
- Project management skills.
- Good command in English
