About the role
We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality across our product portfolio, driving activities from concept to execution and fostering continuous improvement. Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Support R&D processes and product lifecycle management from development to commercialization.
- Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and review quality documentation, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs, ensuring timely escalation of risks.
The experience we're looking for
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
- Familiarity with R & D processes and working within a GMP environment.
- Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-starting with the resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to propose improvements and challenge the status quo for better results.
- Adaptable and collaborative nature, prepared to take accountability for a broad range of activities.
