About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a 3-year future leadership scheme (FLS) in global R&D function. During the program, you will obtain a big picture of the entire processes along the R&D function at Reckitt. Not only will you be involved in the day-to-day operations, but you will take responsibility for your own projects. You will be responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager in future. You may also have an opportunity to work in international placement for 1 year outside Thailand. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Work as a management trainee in functions as a project leader that assigned by each head section in area of R&D Department. At the start of your career, we provide a trainer that will support you every skill you needed to be the management position.
  • Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
  • Work in different departments to gain perspective of end-to-end R&D activities including new product development, consumer insight & product maintenance and compliance. 
  • Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related with R&D such as Science (Chemistry, Medical, Cosmetic, Rubber, etc.) and Engineering (Polymer, Chemical, Rubber, Petrochemical, or other in related field.)
  • 0 – 2 years of experience is an advantage. Early career candidates are also encouraged to apply. 

The skills for success

  • Very good command of English and required TOEIC >750.
  • Strong leadership with interpersonal skills, full of energy to energize others, willing to work hard as well as eager to learn new things
  • Innovative, self-motivated with passion to succeed and win as a team.
  • High mental/change/ people and result agility 
  • Very high commitment and owner to the project.
  • Able to base at Bangna – Trad KM.36 (Wellgrow Industrial Estate), Bangpakong, Chachoengsao
