Sobre el rol

Como Documentation Engineer, serás responsable de asegurar la integridad y precisión de la documentación operativa y financiera dentro del área de secador. Tendrás un rol clave en el control de inventarios, seguimiento de materias primas y cumplimiento documental, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa de una de las áreas más visibles de la planta.

 

Ubicación del rol: Delicias, Chihuahua.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y mantener el control documental del área de secador.
  • Monitorear y verificar los consumos de materias primas asociados a las órdenes de producción.
  • Administrar movimientos y control de inventarios de materias primas.
  • Dar seguimiento al control de polvo tipo C y otros registros operativos críticos.
  • Participar en actividades de cierre financiero mensual, asegurando la correcta conciliación de información.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de requisitos documentales y regulatorios mediante una ejecución enfocada en la calidad y el detalle.

La experiencia que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia previa en plantas de nutrición, manufactura alimenticia o industrias similares.
  • Experiencia en control de inventarios y gestión de materias primas.
  • Manejo de SAP y herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Experiencia trabajando con procesos documentales, controles operativos o sistemas de gestión de calidad dentro de entornos industriales o de manufactura.
  • Conocimiento básico de procesos productivos, control de materiales y seguimiento de órdenes de producción.

  • Capacidad de organización y administración efectiva del tiempo.
  • Mentalidad proactiva y enfoque en la mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con datos, registros e inventarios de manera estructurada.
  • Disciplina y compromiso con el cumplimiento de procesos y estándares de calidad.
  • Interés por desarrollar conocimientos técnicos y operativos dentro de procesos productivos.
