About the role

As HRBP - Manufacturing, you will be the strategic bridge between our Supply HR vision and the operational realities of the manufacturing facilities and shop floor. You will play a critical role in fostering a productive work environment, managing labor relations, and ensuring the financial health of our people operations. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will navigate complex negotiations, oversee large-scale payroll for our factory workforce, and drive the long-term financial planning for our human capital.

The ideal candidate will be majorly, but not exclusively, responsible for

•  Industrial Relations & CBA: Assist Functional Head on maintaining a harmonious relationship with CBA and other related committees and relevant contractors / service providers.

•  Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the factory workforce, ensuring 100% accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and timely disbursement. Support Regional Payroll Team on time.

•  Financial Planning & Budgeting: Manage the factory’s HR budget, including manpower cost forecasting and regular variance analysis to ensure lean operations.

•  Strategic Forecasting: Develop and execute long-term financial plans for human resources, aligning recruitment and retention strategies with the factory’s production goals.

•  Compliance & Audit: Ensure the site remains fully compliant with Reckitt global standards, Bangladesh Labor Act, and safety/GMP regulations from an HR perspective. Ensure compliances according to global standards / policies and advice.

  People Development: Drive performance management cycles and identify training needs and proper execution to build a high-performance culture on the manufacturing function.

 Global Reporting and External Communications: Ensure global reporting on time and ensure all external communications with concerned government bodies, external and internal stakeholders properly.

•  Regulatory Works: Ensure end to end related regulatory compliance and liaison maintenance with government bodies, internal and external stakeholders.

•  Administrative & Facilities Management: Factory HR Administrative & Facilities Management and look after

The Education Background and Expertise we're looking for

•  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from a reputed university is preferred). 

•  Experience: Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically in manufacturing sites or factories. 

•  Knowledge on Compliance: End to end understanding of Operations Rule and Law along with sound knowledge and good understanding of Labor Law and Rules. 

•  Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful CBA negotiations and managing complex labor relations. 

•  Financial Acumen: Strong experience in factory budget management, payroll systems, and financial forecasting. 

•  Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and experience with HRIS/ERP software. 

•  Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at both the worker and executive levels.
