About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of experience, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to project success through technical and field-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring on field project activities
  • Support the site engineering team in supervising civil & project related maintenance work.
  • CAD drawing for civil and mechanical structures.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, drawings, commissioning report, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Assist in quantity estimation, material requisition, and cost tracking.
  • Participate in resolving technical issues and proposing practical solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections, collect data, and support project progress reviews.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and project manager on deliverables and reporting.

The Educational Background & Experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work at project sites as required. 

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of structural drawings and BOQ preparation.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and quality management.
  • Ability to interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
