About the role

In this role, you will ensure the reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of critical engineering assets and utilities across the factory, including HVAC, generators, water treatment, chillers, compressed air systems, and lifting equipment. You will drive preventive maintenance, asset optimization, energy monitoring, calibration, and engineering projects while coordinating contractors and vendors. The role is also responsible for engineering CAPA and ensuring operations comply with Reckitt’s Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, legal, and compliance requirements. 

Your responsibilities

• Implement operations and maintenance programs for engineering assets.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor generators.
• Plan and execute regular maintenance of factory HVAC systems.
• Operate and monitor the water treatment plant.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor industrial chillers.
• Maintain and monitor air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of stability chambers.
• Ensure the smooth operation of cargo lifts and scissor lifts.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, contractors, AMCs, and ARCs.
• Manage engineering CAPAs related to Safety, Quality, Legal, and Compliance requirements.
• Prepare BOQs and coordinate vendor selection, design approval, and installation.
• Manage maintenance SOPs.
• Regularly monitor energy consumption, including electricity and water.
• Ensure optimal asset management to reduce costs, increase productivity, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the calibration of all measuring equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all RB H&S standards, legal requirements, HIRA requirements, and relevant workplace safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all RB Environmental standards, environmental aspects and impacts, legal requirements, and other relevant workplace environmental requirements.

The experience & education background we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of working experience specifically in HVAC systems (Utility).
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
