About the role

As our Senior Finance Analyst for IMEX or Supply, you're at the forefront of enhancing our financial health, overseeing factory, supply chain, and procurement finances. In this role, you'll be uniquely positioned to manage budgets, monitor costs and boost operational efficiency. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure all transactions have been recorded within the proper period and complied with corporate SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) 
  • Review and approve all journal entries for month end closing  
  • Verify and approve Balance sheet reconciliation via Blackline and provide commentary Balance sheet review. 
  • Review and verify monthly financial reports: Inventory balance, Inventory Provision, DOH Inventory Days, Tracking Price variance report, manufacturing report, BIS29 status, Claims and Write-off report.
  • Prepare inventory analysis report under Chonburi factory and handle for monthly balance sheet review on inventory area.
  • Review and approve all standard cost set up RM (Raw Material), PM (Packaging Material), Semi-Finished goods and FIN  
  • Take a leadership role for annual physical count (Wall to Wall) in MJN Chonburi factory and 3rd warehouses for raw materials/pack-materials under Chonburi factory.
  • Review costing accounts both B/S and P&L (Profit and Loss), ensure (system-to-system) inventory balance at MJN (Mead Johnson Nutrition) Chonburi factory and 3rd warehouse for raw material/pack-material under Chonburi factory. 
  • Review and prepare budget standard cost, BOM (Bill of Materials), Recipe, activity rates in SAP System
  • Review and verify Form D calculation cost and compare with Transfer Price
  • Take a leadership and ensure all controls are in place and comply with Corporate SOP and RFCF (Reckitt Financial Controls Framework) and FOCF (Factory Operation Controls Framework)
  • Provide Cost Study or feasibility study for NPD/EPD and projects.
  • Support internal and external auditor requirements 
  • Validate Fusion Report-Management Transformation -Inventory 
  • Reconciliation Fusion management report and provide adjustment in Fusion
  • Work closely with other departments, such as production, procurement, and finance, to gather and analyze cost-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA or MBA are preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of cost accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry-specific practices.
  • Knowledge of BIS29 tax privilege, Form D
  • Good command in the English
