Your responsibilities

Officer II - QA RTD (In-house) is a position to support QA routine activity for RTD in-house to follow the standard operation procedure and ensure that all related activity concern of packaging material, and finished product are conform to the specification before release.

Responsibilities

  • To be ensure that packaging material will be sampling and test as per standard procedure and release in the system as target timeline both of inhouse and for co-packing activity.
  • Coordinate with supplier and packaging team in case any deviation found from packaging material issue both of incoming and during production, to find root cause analysis and robust corrective and preventive action with agreed timeline and monitor the effectiveness of action.
  • Perform packaging supplier performance evaluation as a daily, weekly and monthly report.
  • Review and release product from co-packing activity as target timeline.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing in case any deviation found from co-pack activity or transfer product activity to distributer warehouse. The root case analysis has to identified and provide the robust corrective and preventive action with alignment timeline.
  • To plan and review the 100% physical check activity and report from QC sorting team at GAC warehouse to ensure that FG product is pass the specification before release to the market.
  • To coordinate with RTD In-house team for the sampling plan in case any deviation found during 100% physical sorting occur and related to the manufacturing mistake or unsterile issue.
  • To be the backup task for communication and coordination between internal MJN and EMO (External Manufacturing Organization) in term of sample of raw material, finished product and customer complaint.                       

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiological or related field.
  • 0-1-year experience of quality assurance or quality control in food manufacturing.
  • Able to use Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Have basic knowledge of GMP/HACCP and UHT process will be benefit.
