Your responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Officer II - QA RTD is a position to support QA routine activity of External Manufacturing Organization (EMO) to follow the standard operation procedure and ensure that all related activity concern raw material, in-process control and finished product are conform to the specification before release. Also update standard of raw material and finished product (MASTR) to EMO also to coordinate for Halal renewal and function document control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be ensure that raw material will be sampling as standard procedure and submission for testing follow MASTR on time.
To submission finished product from EMO to MJN laboratory analysis as release parameter on time.
Perform quality inspection record review of UHT processing and quality control both of in-process and Finished product to ensure that product pass from product specification before release.
Perform the product monitoring plan for the monthly, stability and Full label claim to EMO and review test result to ensure that product conform to product specification and regulatory requirement.
Perform the product release for co-packing activity at distributer.
Perform the investigation activity of customer complaint. The root case analysis needs to identify and provide the robust corrective and preventive action with alignment timeline with EMO.
To support food safety information from supplier update to EMO for new material or as EMO request.
To coordinate for update raw material Halal certificate and Halal product renewal with EMO to ensure the validity is continuously.
To update and provide control document (MASTR) of raw material and finished product to EMO once new version or update version is perform.
To be a document control for update and provide all document list of Quality RTD function.
To communication and coordination between internal MJN and EMO in term of sample of raw material, finished product monitoring plan and customer complaint.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiological or related field.
0-1-year experience of quality assurance or quality control in food manufacturing.
Able to use Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Power point.
Have basic knowledge of GMP/HACCP and UHT process will be benefit.
