About the role

The Compliance Manager serves as the subject matter expert for the āccelerate (Siebel) Trade Promotion Management system. This role ensures compliance with trade policies—financial controls and data integrity—while driving system improvements, supporting Sales Analytics, enabling promotion planning, and leading user training. The position manages three direct reports and reports to the CoE Finance Sr. Manager for Trade Governance and Compliance, partnering closely with the Commercial team. The Manager oversees the full customer trade investment process, including trade controls, remediation, RFCF maintenance, and Trade Control Tower dashboard management. They ensure accurate promotion setup, validation, baseline management, and settlement. As the business super user, they understand all interfacing systems, manage user/customer/item setup processes, and lead all training for new and existing users for the US Health & Hygiene Commercial Division, providing best practices and issue resolution.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead RFCF controls transformation and ensure ongoing compliance with the Trade Governance Manager.
  • Enforce trade policy in Siebel and reduce Sales non‑compliance year over year.
  • Manage the Trade Contract SOP process and provide compliance updates to Commercial teams.
  • Ensure high‑quality Siebel attachments supporting accruals per policy and IFRS 15.Act as primary contact for compliance‑related internal audits.
  • Partner with Trade Governance to streamline processes and eliminate duplication.
  • Resolve non‑compliance issues with Sales before month‑end and ensure accrual support.
  • Provide year‑round Siebel technical support, including ticket management.
  • Deliver onboarding and monthly training for all Siebel users with Trade Finance.
  • Oversee US Turbo market system enhancements and timely item setup aligned to global standards.
  • Define reporting standards and deliver Siebel and PBI Trade Control Tower reporting.
  • Manage system security and coordinate technical fixes with IT.
  • Drive continuous process, system, and reporting improvements and update leadership.
  • Lead and develop a team of three Financial Analysts.

The experience we're looking for

  • BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of Finance experience.
  • Strong analytical ability with proven data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of Marketing/Sales functions and CPG retail dynamics.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PBI; Siebel/Oracle a plus.
  • Working knowledge of interfacing systems, including SAP.
