About the role

As a Finance Specialist in the Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will be part of a team of Analysts supporting a portfolio of markets, factories and/or processes, managing relationships with key customers and stakeholders and supporting in continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance CoE value creation. You will support the creation of standardised reports, development of initial forecasts/budgets, and analysis of financial performance to enable data-driven decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple markets while contributing to the centralisation and improvement of Reckitt's FP&A processes. If you are passionate about finance, data analysis, and continuous improvement, this role will allow you to grow and make a real impact on our global business.

Your responsibilities

- Practical experience with finance processes in a shared service or global environment.
- Familiarity with financial systems, strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
- Proven analytical skills within finance, coupled with effective communication and team collaboration.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies.
- Proactive mindset with a history of driving continuous improvements and a penchant for technology and automation.
