Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and meticulous Sales Coordinator who thrives in a vibrant environment, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to client communication runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities

Ensure the correct supply for each of the sales points by collaborating with the sales team in the preparation of sales forecasts and weekly replenishments. Having a more accurate visibility of the current demand, ensuring the results of the strategies (commercial bets) and satisfying 100% of future demand. Collaboratively leads the planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes with key customers and/or customer service sales teams.
 
- Weekly review and tracking of the main restocking indicators (DOIs, Fill Rate, OOS, Lead Time, InStock)
- Prepare the forecast for restockable codes, aligning the information of actual consumption (Demand Planning) with the forecast loaded in the client's system
- Ensure the supply of codes with commercial commitments, launches, promotions, through the implementation of the strategies for the participating codes
- Be the negotiation contact with the client's logistics counterpart (Restocking)
- Hold weekly review meetings of restocking/logistics with their counterparts
- Prepare executive reports (scorecards) that allow for proper tracking of the KPIs (CFR, Lead Time, DOI, OOs, Fcst, DDA Planning, etc.)

The experience we're looking for

- Background as a CPFR.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems to keep on top of tasks.
- Intermediate level of english.
- Experience in forecast, inventory, demand planning and/or sales/negotiations.
