Key Responsabilities

Lead inventory accounting including standard cost setting, updates, and variance analysis.

Own freight and logistics accounting including accruals, reconciliations, and cost tracking.

Manage month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reporting.

Own balance sheet reconciliations and perform flux analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, and Operations to provide financial insights.

Support audits and drive process improvements and automation.

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end ownership of Supply Services Record-to-Report (R2R) and Cost Accounting activities.

Ensures accuracy, integrity, and control across inventory, freight, accruals, and balance sheet accounts.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related.

5–9 years of experience in accounting, R2R, or supply finance.

Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and close processes.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong analytical and communication skills
