Your responsibilities
Manage a team of Customer Supply Chain Analysts to drive delivery of exceptional Customer Service: ensure customer orders are correctly processed (order to delivery), manage escalated customer service issues, including coordinating with the appropriate functions.
Analyze customer service issues and drive service-level improvements: collect and analyze data to identify root cause of customer service issues, execute service improvement plans to better meet customer requirements, and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to drive implementation of service improvements.
Drive continuous improvement throughout the customer service organization and build a culture of excellence and professional fulfillment with local team.

The experience we're looking for
- Background in customer service, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding service levels.
- Proven multi-tasking abilities, maintaining attention to detail even under tight deadlines.
- Experience in understanding Supply Chain dynamics and the role of customer service in that context.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, notably SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a natural instinct for driving process improvements.
- Relationship-building expertise, fostering strong partnerships and effective collaboration.
