Our Sales team

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

  • The eCommerce Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data‑led decision making for one of the fastest‑growing and most visible channels in the business.
  • This role is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and translating eCommerce data into actionable insights to optimize performance across brands and platforms.
  • Working closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Media, Finance, and IT teams, the role supports commercial performance, reporting automation, and strategic business reviews.

Location of the role: Mexico City. 

Your responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain eCommerce data across all digital channels and platforms.
  • Analyze key KPI's such as sales, conversion, media performance, and inventory trends.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and scorecards for weekly, monthly, and executive reviews.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for weekly and monthly business reviews (PRM's, LT presentations).
  • Partner with Media and Marketing teams to correlate media KPIs with eCommerce performance.
  • Support the development of a consolidated eCommerce P&L by preparing and validating sell‑out data.
  • Drive data quality, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT to automate reporting and transition from manual execution to scalable dashboards.
     

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in data analysis roles, preferably within eCommerce, digital, retail or consumer goods environments.
  • Hands‑on experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Experience preparing performance reports, dashboards, and business insights for stakeholders.
  • Open to early‑career talent or recent graduates with strong analytical capabilities.

The skills for success

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking to challenge results & understand performance drivers. 
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing eCommerce environment.
