About the role
As an EHS Manager, you play a critical role in shaping a safe, sustainable, and high-performing site. You’ll lead the Environment, Health & Safety agenda in our Tlalpan manufacturing site, ensuring compliance while driving continuous improvement and meaningful impact.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, embedding EHS into business decisions and building a strong safety culture across the organization. From sustainability initiatives to operational safety, your work will directly influence how we protect our people, our environment, and our performance.

Your responsibilities
- Lead and execute the EHS strategy for the site, aligned with business priorities and global standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and legal requirements
- Own and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 14001 & 45001)
- Monitor and communicate key EHS performance indicators to support data-driven decisions
- Partner with leadership and supply teams to embed EHS into daily operations
- Build and strengthen a proactive safety and sustainability culture across the site
- Lead emergency response and ensure operational risks are effectively managed
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and audits
The experience we're looking for
- You have a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- You bring solid experience in EHS leadership within manufacturing environments
- You have hands-on experience with EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- You’ve worked with process safety, sustainability, and incident investigation
- You have experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- You are comfortable working in English in a professional environment
