About the role
Fixed Term Contract
Your role is to guarantee and improve the quality of products by setting, improving and auditing the quality systems, in line with global quality policies and regulatory requirements.
This role is embedded as a support organization for products manufactured at Reckitt Intercompany or third-party sites
Your responsibilities
- Ensures Company's compliance with all appropriate regulations, policies and procedures
- Keeping up to date with the continuing changes in Regional legislation, local standards, and global requirements.
- Provides input into the development and implementation of quality systems to ensure robust processes and product quality.
- Monitor and report on agreed Quality KPIs and use as a continuous improvement tool. Assess and review trends and performance of the Quality Management System
- Assist Quality Manager in the audit program, including conducting a risk assessment to determine the audit schedule for the year and assign audits.
- Conducts external / internal audits, store checks and product audits.
- Manage external suppliers in the region to ensure compliance to the company standard and regulatory requirements.
The experience we're looking for

- Qualification in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in QA roles in the pharmaceutical or FMCG, manufacturing industry (preferred), R&D, Regulatory, or QC experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within the region and familiarity with local regulations.
- Experience in internal or external auditing required.
- Solid knowledge in microbiology and sanitary design at the production area (manufacturing and filling area). Able to perform a microbiology risk assessment at the production areas.
- Experience with Microbiology Challenge Test.
- Experience with cleaning and process validations.
