Oversee the execution of finance processes on a global scale and drive continuous improvement to shape the future of our finance strategy. The GBS Captive Enablement supports functional transitions and leads enablement of GBS services streams within a Hub, ensuring readiness, governance, and smooth delivery.
Your responsibilities
The experience we're looking for
Transition Support & Change Management
- Support transitions across Finance, Supply, Procurement, MDM, HR, IT, establishing integrated plan for the hub
- Act as change champion; align change and communications plans
- Partner with transition & hub teams on plans and delivery
- PMO to hiring, KT, go-live, and hypercare tracking
- Ensure timely tollgate closure evidence and governance approvals
- Maintain RAIDD Log and ensure consistent messaging to markets
2. Captive Enablement & Governance
- Drive enablement agenda and governance cadence
- Maintain RAIDD, escalate issues, and track actions
- Provide reporting to monthly escalation forums
- Ensure dashboards, tracking, and performance visibility
- Align all enablement workstreams and ensure timely delivery
3. Support Hub Maturity & Continuous Improvement
- Support hub maturity through continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
- - Act as PMO for CI plans, ensuring governance, tracking, and delivery
- - Manage and align stakeholders across hubs and functions
- Ensure adherence to One GBS standards and ways of working
- Build strong partnerships with hub leadership
- Drive visibility of achievements and value delivery
Hub Engagement, Change & Culture (PMO Support)
- - Partner with Hub LT on people, culture, and engagement priorities
- - Provide PMO support to track change impacts and adoption plans
- - Coordinate key activities (onboarding, training, townhalls, visits) with hub teams
- - Facilitate feedback loops and track actions
- - Support communications and visibility of achievements
