About the role

As the STP Cross-Functional Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (STP) operations and driving continuous process improvements. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across transactional finance activities while providing essential support for procurement processes, including requisitioning, receipting, and policy interpretation. You will also step in as needed to maintain the smooth operation of GBS STP activities. 

In addition, this role will assume responsibility for approving payments during regular payment runs. You will manage escalations, ensure timely resolution, and contribute to process standardization and automation initiatives. Beyond your daily responsibilities, you will lead continuous improvement efforts aimed at delivering error-free payments, maintaining vendor satisfaction, and supporting Reckitt’s operational excellence and transformation agenda. 

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee Source-to-Pay operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of transactional finance activities.
  • Provide support for procurement-related issues, including requisitioning, receipting, and policy exceptions/interpretations.
  • Own approval responsibility for regular payment runs as part of captive operations strategy.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and resolve escalations related to vendor payments and queries.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners to maintain process integrity and compliance.
  • Drive GR/IR reconciliation efforts and support vendor statement matching to ensure data accuracy.
  • Champion process standardisation and automation initiatives to improve touchless processing.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimise workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance reporting in alignment with global STP policies.
  • Mentor and guide operational teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Finance Operations, or shared services environments.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including requisitioning and receipting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams, manage escalations, and drive performance across global operations.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of audit requirements, internal control frameworks, and compliance standards
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
