About the role

This is a temporary role as responsible for Benefits management across LATAM (operational processes, improvements, and policies), as well as leading regional and local projects related to the function. Also responsible for managing the AON / Lockton team.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper execution of operational processes related to benefits.
  • Operationally manage the Aon and Lockton teams, as well as local providers in the smaller Latin American countries.
  • Create and update benefits policies in compliance with the local legislation of each country.
  • Harmonize benefits practices and policies, using global and/or regional policies as a reference.
  • Provide support to Business Partners and the Human Resources team through specialized advice and information related to the function.
  • Ensure that labor legislation is properly applied in benefits processes.
  • Lead or support Human Resources projects.
  • Provide support during audits.
  • Act as the custodian of compliance processes, ensuring at a minimum the security of processes and access controls, in accordance with Reckitt’s standards and policies.
  • Continuously review policies and procedures, driving process optimization and automation.
