About the role

This is a high-impact role at the heart of Reckitt’s Finance Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that elevate our financial reporting and planning capabilities, helping shape a future-ready finance function. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design frameworks, automate forecasting, and embed best practices that support data-led decision-making and operational excellence. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement—mentoring others and driving transformation across the business. Your responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of the Finance Centre of Excellence, aligning initiatives with business goals
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand financial needs and deliver insights
  • Oversee development of standardised reporting packs and interactive dashboards
  • Drive automation of forecasting processes and ensure alignment with global guidelines
  • Champion best practices in financial reporting and analytics
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Support finance transformation by streamlining processes and automating tasks

The experience we're looking for

  • A broad range of experience in finance, analytics or related fields, ideally within consumer goods
  • Proven leadership in financial reporting and analytics
  • Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in data visualisation tools and advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
