Your responsibilities

Manage and adjust forecast to portfolio assigned into internal reports to Sell In, Sell Out, DOI and evaluate changes in Net Revenue according to Budget.
Lead pre alignments meetings with Commercial Team (Team Leader, KAMs, CPFRs) to review performance, adjust forecast deviations and identify sales opportunities to adjust Sell Out and Sell In for get in target DOIs per Channel/Brand
Review forecast consumption per Channel Brand to advise about to any risk with forecast deviation to Supply and Commercial team also communicate any risk or opportunity into weekly KPI Meeting with Supply Services Teams.
To elaborate executive reports for Demand Review, Supply Meeting and Management Business Review to show results YTD and BTG as consequence of pre alignment meetings for Channels Assigned
Upload monthly forecast approved into MBR to SAP APO to provide visibility to factories and supply teams

The experience we're looking for

· Effective and assertive communication

· Business Strategy & Analytical skills

· Create strategic working relationships

· English intermediate/advanced (fluent for meetings in English)

· Leading or managing cross-functional teams in implementing process, technology, or system improvements.

· Ability to communicate ideas and influence others to remove barriers and improve organizational effectiveness.

· Must be proficient in both writing and speaking English

· Supply Chain activities, Demand Planning

· Business Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred in Supply Chain

· Excel advanced, VBA is a plus.

· Statistic models

· SAP ECC MM and SAP APO and SNP

· Kinaxis Rapid Response Demand Planning
