Your responsibilities
Product Management & Insights Enablement
- Act as product manager for analytics tools and platforms.
- Lead discovery sessions to assess business maturity, pain points, and analytics potential.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable data solutions.
- Identify opportunities for value creation through data products and insights.
Business Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor across business functions.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools via UX workshops, user training, and feedback loops.
- Build and sustain a Community of Practice focused on insights, analytics, and user experience.
Technical & Analytical Capability
- Understand technical architectures (Azure, Power BI, data lakes, BI tools, GenAI).
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with AI advancements and lead AI integration initiatives.
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead change management strategies to advance analytics and data culture.
- Develop frameworks to enhance user experience and ensure long-term adoption.
- Monitor usage and value realization of deployed data products.
The experience we're looking for
Experience & Education
- 3–8 years of experience in data analytics, product management, or digital transformation roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Economics, Mathematics).
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field is recommended.
- Professional certifications or coursework in data analytics, product management, AI, or machine learning are a strong plus.
Industry Background
- Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), pharmaceutical, or retail industries is recommended.
Language Skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory due to the global scope of the role.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to drive business value through analytics, insights, and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and technical solutions (e.g., data lakes, pipelines, BI platforms).
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Dataiku, and Alteryx.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and modern data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle).
