Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Step into the role of Key Account Executive at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with Pharmacy Customers will be fundamental in delivering our nutrition products to consumers. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans and balancing customer success with our own growth. Your dedication to enriching the customer journey and driving sales will see you thriving in a culture committed to commercial excellence and innovation.
Your responsibilities
• Achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. NR, Trade Spend Efficiency, Gross Margin, NWC
• Building long-term partnership with the customer
• Promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation)
• Managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
• Support category reviews and customer presentations with relevant data, analysis and recommendations.
• Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
• Developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation On Time
• Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
The experience we're looking for
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with a high attention to detail.
• Confidence working across multiple functions including Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with a broad stakeholder group.
• Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Experience working with major retail customers will be highly regarded.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Previous experience with Power BI will be advantageous but is not essential.
